We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However:

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from actual products
  • We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated

Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order with us:

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline your order
  • Order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance
  • Acceptance occurs when products are dispatched
  • We may contact you to verify order details before acceptance
  • Orders are subject to product availability
  • Bulk orders may require additional verification

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
  • International shipping may incur customs duties (buyer's responsibility)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers are not our responsibility
  • Signature may be required for delivery

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy protects your purchase:

  • Table napery products (table cloths, runners, placemats, and napkins) may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Table napery returns require unused, unwashed items in original packaging and resaleable condition
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for the RB Living Drink Fountain
  • Used Drink Fountain units are not returnable
  • Drink Fountain damage/fault claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence
  • Keep original Drink Fountain packaging and all components for assessment
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving returned goods
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Warranty and Liability

Important limitations and warranties:

  • Products come with standard manufacturer warranties
  • Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period
  • We are not liable for misuse or improper care of products
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected by these terms
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear

Intellectual Property

All content on our website is protected:

  • All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs are our property
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited
  • Product names and branding are registered trademarks
  • You may not use our intellectual property without written permission
  • Customer reviews and submissions grant us a license to use the content

These Terms of Service are governed by Australian law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
